The solution was to separate and outsource the area of system maintenance and development. The client entrusted IT LeasingTeam with full responsibility for the implementation of the service and the delivery of the finished solution. IT LeasingTeam consultants, in cooperation with the client, defined the project objectives, defined key performance indicators, selected appropriate methods and tools, and established a negotiation strategy with subcontractors, including a guarantee of cooperation for a specified period of time. We then prepared an implementation schedule and provided the client with full support at every stage of the project. The entire process was coordinated by an experienced team leader who had previously supervised similar projects.
