Blue collars temporary work
Temporary work is a flexible form of employment in which a partner (LeasingTeam Group) delegates employees to perform tasks with the user employer for a specified period of time. The service allows you to quickly adjust your human resources to changing needs, e.g. seasonal increases in orders, short-term projects or absenteeism of permanent employees.

Promoting the offer on the labor market, using recruitment channels unavailable to the employer, building a good image of the client’s employer, recruitment and employment of employees.
Conducting HR and payroll administration, managing employee turnover, absenteeism analysis and reporting.
Coordinator service, also in foreign languages and the possibility of hiring an in-house coordinator, support in onboarding new employees.
Organization of medical examinations, health and safety training and legalization of work, provision of accommodation, transport and work clothes.
Market benchmark and salary reports, creating employment analyses, e.g. exit interviews, employee satisfaction surveys during employment.
