What is Executive Search / Direct Search?

Direct Search is the acquisition of qualified employees for specialist and managerial positions, while Executive Search is the acquisition of qualified leaders, such as board members, C-level directors and people in key positions in the organization.

Candidate search

We conduct market analysis and use networks to identify people who meet certain criteria. As part of Executive Search, we use a direct approach to candidates (headhunting).

Selection and evaluation of candidates

How we provide the service

Analysis of customer needs
We start by discussing the requirements of the position and the specifics of the organization. We get to know the profile of the ideal candidate (skills, experience, personality traits), as well as the company’s culture and strategy.
Planning your recruitment strategy
We develop an action strategy including: selection of markets and industries to search, identification of companies or positions as sources of talent, preparation of a message about the job offer tailored to candidates.
Identification of candidates
We perform market mapping, including active and passive sources of talent and direct search (headhunting). We use databases and networks.
First contact
We discreetly invite selected candidates for interviews. We present information about the position and the company, verifying their interest and motivation.
Selection of candidates
We evaluate candidates during interviews and on the basis of an analysis of competencies and compliance with the organizational culture. If necessary, we use psychometric tests and verify references.
Presentation of the best candidates
We present the client with reports on selected people, including their profile, strengths and potential challenges. We organize interviews with candidates.
Support in finalization and onboarding
We help in negotiations regarding employment conditions and support formalities. We facilitate the onboarding of a new employee and, if necessary, monitor their effectiveness in the first months of work.
