What is TalentPoint about?
TalentPoint is an HR system that allows you to manage documentation and employee leaves, sign and settle contracts, and monitor working time in one online application.
The system enables: electronic management of employee documentation, including generating contracts, signing them digitally and archiving; monitoring and settlement of working time and absences through integration with working time registration systems; filling in forms and personal questionnaires online; integration with ERP and HR and payroll systems; management of holidays, business trips and legalization of foreigners and keeping e-files.
