When are salaries paid?

We pay salaries:

  • persons employed under an employment contract – on the 10th day of the month for the previous month or on the last day of the month for a given month,
  • persons cooperating under a contract of mandate – on the 21st day of the month, for the previous month.

When are bonuses transferred?

Bonuses are usually paid together with the salary. If your employer informs us about the bonus after the payment of your salary, we will give it to you at the earliest opportunity – usually the next working day after receiving such information.

Can I change my bank account number and personal details by phone or email?

You can’t change your personal information or bank account number by phone or email. To do this, you must submit a written statement to the LeasingTeam branch or to your Coordinator.

I provided my bank account number for salary payments. Why did I receive money by postal order?

We only send your salary by postal order if you have not provided your account number or it is incorrect. Contact us to check and correct your data.

Why didn’t I get paid for the time I was on sick leave?

Sick pay is paid on the basis of a properly issued and delivered to the company sick leave. The compensation will be paid when we receive the original document.

How long does it take for you to make the salary adjustment?

Report any problems with remuneration to the Coordinator or the Employee Service Department. If the error is on the part of LeasingTeam, the correction is made immediately. In other cases, the correction occurs at the next payout.

Why do employees receive lower remuneration due to absenteeism (sick leave, maternity leave, parental leave)?

Sick pay and sickness benefit are paid from social security in accordance with the Cash Benefits Act. The sickness benefit is usually 80% of the basis of assessment, but there are exceptions:

  • 70% for the time of hospital stay,
  • 100% in the case of pregnancy, accident on the way to or from work, or tests and procedures related to the donation of cells, tissues or organs.

Maternity allowance is:

  • 100% of the basis for the period of maternity leave,
  • 100% for the first 6 weeks of parental leave (for one child) or 8 weeks (for more than one),
  • 60% for the remainder of parental leave.
    You can also choose 80% for the entire maternity and parental leave if the application is submitted up to 21 days after the birth.

The basis for the benefit is the average monthly salary for the last 12 months, but it cannot be lower than the minimum salary after deducting contributions.

Will there be a premium for registering my child for insurance?

It costs nothing to register your child for health insurance. We do not charge any fees or contributions for this. All you have to do is fill in the appropriate form, hand it over to the right person, and the child will be reported to ZUS.

When will I receive a refund for the medical examination / glasses / business trip?

The money will be refunded at the next salary payment. Remember to provide documents that will confirm the expense.

When will I receive my employment certificate?

We will send the employment certificate to your registered address within 7 days of termination of the contract. To this time should be added the time of delivery by the Polish Post.

I work with the company under a civil law contract. Will I receive an employment certificate?

According to the regulations, contractors do not receive an employment certificate after the end of a civil law contract. However, you can get a salary card and a certificate of employment.

How can I obtain confirmation of employment and the amount of earnings for a bailiff?

Such information is sent directly to the bailiff on the basis of a document on attachment of remuneration.

Can you confirm my employment by phone when a bank employee calls?

If you provide the bank with a certificate issued by LeasingTeam, a bank employee can contact us to confirm its authenticity. During a phone call, the bank employee reads the content of the certificate and we confirm the compliance of the data. For data protection reasons, we do not share information about our employees with external parties.

How to report the need for a certificate of earnings and/or employment?

You can download and print the certificate of earnings and/or employment by logging in to the LeasingTeam HRM portal. If you do not have access to the portal, please contact the Coordinator and we will issue it within 3 working days. We can send them by post to the indicated address, by e-mail or by the Coordinator, depending on your preferences.

Can I receive certificates of earnings and/or employment from the company every month, without reporting this need to the Coordinator each time?

You can download and print the certificate of earnings and/or employment at any time by logging in to the LeasingTeam HRM portal. If you do not have access to the portal, report the need for certification to the Coordinator or contact the Employee Service Department. Certificates are issued only at the request of the employee.

How long after reporting the demand will I receive a certificate from the bank, office or ZUS?

After reporting the request to the Employee Service Department or directly to the Coordinator, the document will be issued within 3 working days, counting from the day after the notification.

How soon will I receive the RCA, ZUA, ZWUA, ZIUA document?

RCA, ZUA, ZWUA and ZIUA documents are used in settlements with the Social Insurance Institution. We do not send these documents to employees.

Is it possible to conclude a code agreement? If so, for what period?

The terms of employment are determined individually depending on the project. Ask the LeasingTeam Coordinator for details.

Is it possible to extend the period of employment on the basis of a temporary employment contract or cooperation under a contract of mandate?

How is leave calculated in the case of temporary work?

In the case of a temporary employment contract, the employee is entitled to holiday leave of 2 days for each month in which he works.

How is leave calculated in the case of an employment contract?

In the case of an employment contract, the amount of leave depends on the length of employment and amounts to:

  • 20 days – if the employee has been employed for less than 10 years,
  • 26 days – if the employee has been employed for at least 10 years.

The period of employment includes the time of education related to the completion of specific schools, for example: basic or other equivalent vocational school (up to 3 years), secondary vocational school (up to 5 years), secondary vocational school for vocational school graduates (5 years), general secondary school (4 years), post-secondary school (6 years) and higher education (8 years). Periods of study do not add up. If the employee attended school during the period of employment, this period is included in the period of work if it is more beneficial for the employee.

An employee who has started work for the first time in a given calendar year acquires the right to leave after working each month, in the amount of 1/12 of the leave to which he or she is entitled after a full year of work. The employee acquires the right to subsequent leaves in each subsequent calendar year. The amount of leave for a part-time employee is determined in proportion to his or her working time, taking into account the length of the leave (20 or 26 days). A partial day of leave is rounded up to a full day.

How is leave calculated in the case of a contract of mandate?

In the case of a contract of mandate, paid holiday leave does not apply.

What conditions must be met to receive sickness benefit in the case of cooperation under a contract of mandate?

Persons employed under a contract of mandate can join voluntary sickness insurance. The sickness benefit is due from the first day of illness only if 90 days of uninterrupted sickness insurance have elapsed. If the inability to work occurs during these 90 days, the benefit will not be due.

Why in the case of temporary work sick leave and unpaid leave are treated as an employee’s indisposition, so this period is not taken into account when calculating the holiday leave entitlement?

In the case of a temporary employment contract, the employee is entitled to holiday leave of 2 days for each month in which he or she remains at the employer’s disposal. A temporary worker is at the employer’s disposal when: he or she performs work by following his instructions, does not perform work, but is ready to perform it and waits for instructions. During sick leave or unpaid leave, the employee is not at the employer’s disposal, which means that this time is not taken into account when calculating the leave entitlement.

When will I receive my PIT for 2024?

According to the Personal Income Tax Act, the employer (remitter) prepares the annual tax return by the end of January, after the end of the tax year.
By the end of January, the employer sends the PIT declaration to the tax office electronically, and by the end of February to the employee (taxpayer).

All PIT declarations will be issued and sent to all employees (in alphabetical order of employee names) by the end of February 2025 at the latest. You can find your PIT for 2024 at TalentPoint.

Will an employee hired only in December 2024 receive PIT for 2024?

If the employee was employed only in December 2024 and received remuneration for this month in January 2025, he will not receive a PIT declaration for 2024 because he earned income in 2025. Therefore, the employee will receive the PIT declaration for income in January 2025 by the end of February 2026.

Can an employee employed in only one company receive another PIT declaration in addition to the PIT-11 declaration?

Yes, they can also receive another declaration, e.g. the PIT-8C declaration, which is issued for income obtained from sources other than employment. Such income can be, for example, a voucher received.

If I change my address and/or tax office, should I inform my employer and how?

Yes. If you change your address and/or tax office, you must notify your employer. This should be reported on the appropriate form available from the LeasingTeam coordinator. The form with a handwritten signature can be left with the LeasingTeam coordinator or sent by post to the Employee Service Department at the following address:

How do I activate my TalentPoint account?

Activating your account is done by pressing the Activate account button in the e-mail that came to your mailbox after creating your account.

Find the last message from TalentPoint in your mailbox and press the Activate Account button.

A web page will open in your web browser with a field to enter the SMS code.
At the same time, the required code will be sent to the phone number provided during registration.

Enter the code and press Confirm.

After confirming the code, a subpage will appear asking you to enter a new password:

Enter the password that you want to use to log in to TalentPoint.

Remember! Your password must meet the following requirements:

  • From 6 to 24 characters,
  • At least one lowercase letter (e.g. a, b, x, z),
  • At least one uppercase letter (e.g. A, B, X, Z),
  • At least one digit (e.g. 1, 2, 9, 0),
  • One or more special characters (e.g., @, $, , ?, #, &),

 

After entering your password in both fields, press the Confirm Password button.

At this point, your account has been activated!

How do I log in to TalentPoint?

To log in to TalentPoint, click the Sign In button in the upper right corner of the page.

Then enter your phone number or e-mail address and password as your login.
After filling in the data, press the Login button.

How do I change my password on TalentPoint?

To change the password, log in to the system and click the Menu expansion icon in the upper right corner.

Then select Change Password.

A password change view will appear – type in the old password, then the new one twice and press the Change password button.

Please note that your new password must meet the following requirements:

  • From 6 to 24 characters,
  • At least one lowercase letter (e.g. a, b, x, z),
  • At least one uppercase letter (e.g. A, B, X, Z),
  • At least one digit (e.g. 1, 2, 9, 0),
  • One or more special characters (e.g., @, $, , ?, #, &),

How do I log in when I forgot my password?

To change your password, go to the login page and press the Forgot password button.

A new window will open, where you will then need to enter the email address of the account for which you want to reset the password.

After entering your e-mail address, check the I’m not a robot box and press the Reset password button.

Once you’ve completed the steps above, check your email inbox for a password reset message. Please also check your Spam folder.

Open the message and press the Change Password button.

Enter your new password. Please note that it must meet the following requirements:

  • From 6 to 24 characters,
  • At least one lowercase letter (e.g. a, b, x, z),
  • At least one uppercase letter (e.g. A, B, X, Z),
  • At least one digit (e.g. 1, 2, 9, 0),
  • One or more special characters (e.g., @, $, , ?, #, &),

 

Confirm the assignment of the new password by clicking the Change password button.

At this point, your password has been changed.

How to complete Timesheets in the TalentPoint platform?

To do this, go to the Timesheets tab and select the appropriate agreement in the Agreement field .

Next, you need to set the month you are interested in using the arrows on either side of the date above the Agreement field.

In the row with the appropriate date, click the “+” icon – a form for adding working time will appear.

Under the Start date field, enter the start time, and under the End date, enter the End of work,

Click Save – the system will keep working hours or Save and create new – the system will save working hours and open the form for the next week.

How do I apply for leave?

To request leave, go to the Absences tab, and then select the contract.

  • When you hover over the name of the agreement, information about the agreement appears.
  • Click the name of the agreement.
  • By default, you will see agreements with an Active status. To see all agreements, click Show all agreements

Click Add request. An absence request form will appear.

In the Absence type field, select one option from the list.
In the Absence type field , select one option from the list.
In the Absence period field, click the calendar icon and select the days for the absence as follows:

1. Click the day you want the absence to start;
2. Click the day you want the absence to end;

Important – when you select more days than you have available, the system will select the maximum length of absence, without exceeding the limit.

Remember – if you want to select one day, click the same box in the calendar twice;

 

If you think it’s necessary, you can add a comment to the request.

 

Click the Send for approval button – the request will be sent to the manager.

 

Click the Save as draft button – the request will not be sent for approval, it will be saved in a draft version, which can be sent later from the Requests tab;

After your supervisor accepts or rejects your application, you will receive an information email. You can also see the status of your request in the Requests tab.

In the Applications tab, there are also documents saved in a draft version – you can send them from here for approval by your supervisor. To do this, click the button on the right side of the table.

How do I edit a personal questionnaire?

To do this, just go to the employee’s profile.
In the upper right corner of the screen, next to your name, click the icon: and select Profile from the list.

Go to the tab you want to edit and click on the pencil icon to the right of the data section.

Edit the data and click Next;
Each time you click Next, the system will save the changes to that step of the personal questionnaire.

How to generate a payslip?

To generate a pay strip, you need to go to the Documents tab.

Go to the Applications and certificates section;

Click the Generate Document button. A document generation pop-up appears.

Select the agreement – when you hover the cursor, the scope of the agreement will appear.

To see all agreements, click Show all agreements;

In the Request/certificate type field, select Pay slip.

In the Year and Month fields, select the period for which you want to generate the request. If there is no month or year that you are looking for, please choose a different contract.

Click the Generate button – the payslip will be generated.

You can see and download it in the table.

Does the leave have to be accepted by the supervisor?

Yes, a leave request must be accepted by the supervisor to be valid. In the case of leave on demand, it is necessary to inform the supervisor by phone or e-mail about the expected absence from work. Once your application is approved, you may not show up for work.

Is the data shared in TalentPoint safe?

Data in the TalentPoint portal is secured with the SSL protocol, which ensures the confidentiality of its transmission. This is visible in the address bar of the website, where the padlock appears and the address itself is prefixed with “https://”. Moreover, the account activation procedure is created in such a way as to increase data security. The user receives an e-mail from the portal through which he sets the password to the system himself, and only he knows this password.
