Recruitment process
We recruit from the creation and publication of advertisements, through the selection of applications, interviews and verification of competences, to the recommendation of the best-suited candidates.
Hiring an employee
We formally employ an employee, taking care of HR and payroll services, including the preparation of contracts, calculation of salaries, notifications to the Social Insurance Institution and handling holidays and sick leaves.
Delegating an employee to a client
The employee performs tasks in the place indicated by the client, in accordance with the agreed scope of duties.
Ongoing support and monitoring

Settlement
The customer pays for the service as agreed.
Termination or extension of cooperation
