In response to this problem, we have expanded the search to the neighbouring labour market, where higher levels of unemployment have been recorded. Thanks to this, we were able to quickly reach candidates interested in taking up a job.

In just 2 days, we recruited and hired 150 employees with up-to-date medical examinations and SANPEPID booklets, which allowed us to start work immediately. To ensure the timely implementation of the project, for the next 3 weeks we organized the transport of employees from a town 60 km away from our client’s plant every day.
