Ordering the recruitment process
As LeasingTeam Group, we have successfully supported a company from the Call Center industry, which faced a very high demand for personnel while at the same time receiving low salaries. The company entrusted us with the recruitment process of 6 people.
Careful selection of candidates
In response to recruitment advertisements, we received as many as 900 applications. Our LeasingTeam Group team analysed the applications, carefully selecting candidates based on key criteria specified by the client. We conducted telephone interviews with selected candidates, which allowed for an initial assessment of their competences and motivation to work.
We invited 90 people to the next stage, 60 of whom showed up for recruitment meetings. After detailed interviews and evaluation of the candidates, we recommended the best 21 people to the client. The client invited 18 of them to the meeting, of which he finally hired 6 people who met all the requirements.
Goal achieved: increasing the efficiency of the recruitment process
Thanks to a carefully planned and executed recruitment process, the interview-to-hire ratio more than tripled – from 10:1 to 3:1 compared to the client’s previous activities. Effective process management allowed the company to quickly acquire qualified employees, without the need for additional involvement of the client’s internal resources.
