As LeasingTeam Group, we successfully completed a recruitment project using the executive search method, responding to the needs of an FMCG company that was looking for three employees for the positions of Regional Sales Directors.

Efficient Process Execution

Our team of experts from LeasingTeam Group conducted an in-depth market analysis and developed a recruitment strategy, focusing on the direct search method and advanced competency verification techniques. Thanks to this, we were able to precisely identify the best candidates for the position of Regional Sales Directors.

Out of 84 analyzed candidates, we selected 34 people who met the key recruitment criteria specified by the client. After a thorough preselection, we invited 15 of them to an assessment center (AC), where we assessed their competences and managerial potential in detail. Based on the AC results, we recommended the best 9 candidates to the client. The client, using our recommendations, hired the best 3 of them, gaining confidence that he made the optimal choice.

Thanks to our efficient organization and effective approach to the recruitment process, the client has gained significant benefits:

  • Lower recruitment costs – the cost-per-hire ratio improved by 16%.
  • Reduced time commitment – the time spent by the client on analyzing reports, meeting with candidates, and making decisions dropped from 332 to just 18 man-hours, which means a 94% reduction in customer involvement in the recruitment process.
  • Shortening the lead time – we completed the process in just one month, instead of the standard two months that the client usually spent on this process.
