Our IT LeasingTeam company conducted a detailed analysis of the client’s expectations regarding the profile of the ideal candidate and the market of IT specialists. The main challenge turned out to be the lack of recognition of the client’s brand on the Polish labor market, which made it difficult to attract candidates.
In response to these challenges, we have prepared a recruitment strategy, emphasizing building motivation in candidates to work in the client’s organization. We used our industry experience and expertise to develop detailed competency profiles, which enabled us to quickly reach the right candidates.
We have acquired candidates for junior positions from our database of IT LeasingTeam candidates and thanks to cooperation with universities. We recruited people for senior positions using the direct search method. All candidates underwent advanced competency tests and psychological tests, which allowed us to reliably assess their skills and fit to the client’s needs. After a thorough verification, we recommended selected candidates to the client, who, after a meeting with the client, were employed by IT LeasingTeam and started working in his organization.
