Customer support in solving the problem
As LeasingTeam Group, we have successfully supported a company from the service industry, to which we have delegated 500 employees. The employees were supervised by the company’s managers, who began to report problems related to the insufficient number of people to work and applied for the creation of new jobs. In response to this situation, the company asked LeasingTeam Group to identify the cause of the problem.
Analysis and solution
Our team of experts from LeasingTeam Group conducted a detailed analysis, which showed that the cause of the problem was a very high level of employee absenteeism. As a result, a large number of overtime hours had to be carried out, which generated significant costs.
Based on our expert knowledge and industry experience, we proposed the implementation of a motivation system for managers, based on key performance indicators (KPIs), supporting effective employee management.
Goal achieved: reduction of employment costs
The introduction of the solution proposed by LeasingTeam Group allowed for effective use of the current level of employment. Instead of overtime (which accounted for about 10% of all hours worked), new jobs were introduced, absenteeism was reduced and bonus criteria were changed. As a result, employment costs were reduced by 20.1%.
