What is an in-house Recruiter
An in-house recruiter is, in other words, a recruitment specialist who is hired directly by the client and does not act as an external consultant or employee of a recruitment agency. They work on-site in the company or remotely, being an integral part of the team of the organization for which they conduct recruitment processes.
When to use the service:
The in-house recruiter service is especially useful with high recruitment volumes. In contrast to the RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) service, an in-house recruiter is often engaged for shorter periods when the recruitment volume is increased, e.g. by seasonality
