We have taken patronage over the National Survey “Recruitment processes seen through the eyes of a candidate”. Anyone who completes an anonymous online survey can have a real impact on the recruitment process.
Answers to a dozen or so questions on all the most important components of the recruitment process will help to create a report containing, among others: information on what should be changed so that both parties can get the most out of it.
