Two companies from the LeasingTeam group awarded the Forbes Diamond 2024
For the 16th time, the editors of Forbes magazine have selected the winners of the Forbes Diamonds ranking. The prestigious group of companies that have increased their value the most in the last three years includes LeasingTeam Professional and IT LeasingTeam. The awarded companies, belonging to the LeasingTeam Capital Group, have been providing HR consulting services, recruiting key employees and supporting business processes of Polish and global corporations for several years.
Forbes Diamonds is an annual ranking prepared by the editors of the Forbes monthly, in cooperation with Dun & Bradstreet. Its aim is to identify the most dynamically developing Polish companies in a given region, which have achieved the highest average annual increase in value. 16. edition of the Diamonds once again turned out to be lucky for LeasingTeam Group. LeasingTeam Professional and IT LeasingTeam can boast of being on the list of Forbes Diamonds 2024 winners. It is worth recalling that in 2023, the Forbes Diamond was awarded to LeasingTeam Group.
LeasingTeam Professional, which provides comprehensive personnel consulting services, specializes in permanent recruitment for managerial positions, as well as temporary work and outsourcing of office workers. The company offers proprietary solutions in the field of human resources management, such as the TalentPoint platform for digitization of processes and digital HR services.

The Forbes Diamonds list is developed on the basis of the Swiss method of valuation of companies, taking into account financial results and the value of assets. Companies must be profitable and have high current liquidity and not be in arrears. Companies that meet these conditions must also demonstrate a positive financial result and the value of equity. This year’s ranking uses official data from 2018-2022, such as the level of sales, net profit, value of fixed assets, inventories, receivables and capital expenditures.
