What is Outplacement
Outplacement is the process of supporting employees in the transition to a new stage of their career. As part of the service, we actively seek out new employment opportunities for program participants. We create individual paths for employees, including coaching, career counseling and soft skills workshops, such as stress management and negotiations. We provide access to current job offers and priority inclusion in recruitment conducted by our agency.
We organize job search workshops, including networking and building a personal brand. We offer assistance in creating professional CVs and LinkedIn profiles.
When to use the service:
In the case of planned group or individual redundancies.
To maintain a positive image of the company during restructuring.
To support departing employees in finding a new job.
