Effective quality control at 140 service points
As LeasingTeam Group, we have successfully implemented, at the client’s request, a quality control project in 140 service points, including 100 mobile ones, throughout Polish. The aim of the project was to assess the quality of work of 30 subcontractors and check their response to emergency situations. To ensure the reliability of the assessments, all inspections had to take place simultaneously.

Thanks to an extensive network of representatives and our own database of candidates, we have hired the right number of employees in a short time. This allowed 660 inspections to be carried out efficiently in all locations in just 4 days.
The entire process was organized with the utmost care, which enabled an accurate and objective assessment of the quality of the subcontractors’ work. As a result, the client gained a full picture of the level of services provided in different regions of the country.
