As LeasingTeam Group, we have successfully completed a project of inventorying phones in 175 points of sale located throughout Polish. The project required an inventory to be carried out at all locations simultaneously, within a single day, to ensure the full reliability of the warehouse data.

In each point of sale, 2 people worked responsible for scanning device codes and entering data into the report. As a result, all information was collected in a reliable and orderly manner, which provided the client with a full insight into the current stock levels.
