CPC Consulting Group becomes LeasingTeam International
On 30 December 2022, CPC Consulting Group Sp. z o.o. Sp. K. with its registered office in Wrocław was transformed into LeasingTeam International Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Wrocław. This change is related to the further development of the company on both Polish and foreign markets.
“Our development plan is to enter new markets. The implementation of this goal will be supported by a new company name, unified in accordance with the group’s strategy. We want to create a strong brand with an established market position – said Andżelika Majewska, Vice-President of LeasingTeam International Sp. z o.o. – The LeasingTeam International brand is intended to identify the values of the entire LeasingTeam group, i.e. responsibility, trust, expert knowledge and commitment – she added.
The change of legal form and name is formal and does not affect the continuation of the company’s business. All other data, including NIP, bank account number, telephone numbers and landline address, remain unchanged. The procedure of changing the legal form and name of the company does not affect the relations with customers and contractors and the obligations concluded so far towards contractors.
