It is difficult to completely eliminate this mechanism, but its impact can be reduced. Structured interviews, uniform questions for candidates and evaluation according to pre-established criteria are helpful in recruitment.<\/p>\n\n
It is also worth using practical tasks and specific examples of work experience. Thanks to this, the decision is based on real competences, and not only on subjective impression.<\/p>\n\n
