When signing the contract, it is worth paying attention to whether it contains the following information:<\/p>\n
1. The parties to the contract, i.e. between whom the contract is concluded,<\/p>\n
2. Type of work – position or scope of activities that the employee will perform,<\/p>\n
2. Type of employment contract – information whether it is a trial period, definite or indefinite or for a substitute,<\/p>\n
3. Date of conclusion of the contract (may be different from the date of commencement of the contract)<\/p>\n
4. Place of work<\/p>\n
5. Date of commencement and end of work<\/p>\n
6. Working time – information on whether it is a full-time job or another hourly work.<\/p>\n
7. Remuneration for work \u2013 including additional components of remuneration, e.g. bonuses.<\/p>\n
8. Signatures – a key element confirming the validity of the document.<\/p>\n
