We have taken patronage over the National Survey \u201cRecruitment processes seen through the eyes of a candidate\u201d. Anyone who completes an anonymous online survey can have a real impact on the recruitment process.
\nAnswers to a dozen or so questions on all the most important components of the recruitment process will help to create a report containing, among others: information on what should be changed so that both parties can get the most out of it.<\/p>\n
