Sp. K. with its registered office in Wroc\u0142aw was transformed into LeasingTeam International Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Wroc\u0142aw. This change is related to the further development of the company on both Polish and foreign markets.     <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Our development plan is to enter new markets. The implementation of this goal will be supported by a new company name, unified in accordance with the group&#8217;s strategy. We want to create a strong brand with an established market position    <\/em>\u2013 said And\u017celika Majewska, Vice-President of LeasingTeam International Sp. z o.o. <em>\u2013 The LeasingTeam International brand is intended to identify the values of the entire LeasingTeam group, i.e. responsibility, trust, expert knowledge and commitment<\/em> \u2013 she added. <\/p>\n<p>The change of legal form and name is formal and does not affect the continuation of the company&#8217;s business. All other data, including NIP, bank account number, telephone numbers and landline address, remain unchanged.
